Summer in Dublin.

Summer in Chanel
Summer is in full effect en Irlande. It's currently a balmy 13 degrees Celsius with endless squalls of rain and wind; we can’t believe our luck! To illustrate just how thoroughly un-summery today has been I’ve posted my outfit for the day via http://www.polyovre.com.

My black jeans are Zara, my trusted Chantilly boots are H by Hudson, a Zara jumper kept me warm and a second-hand velvet blazer kept the wind at bay (I'm not even joking here). My Michael Kors bag was a present and it is a great every day bag. I like clean lines and minimal fuss with my clothes and accessories so this was the one for me. I loves it! Doesn’t the outfit just scream 'summer time’? No? Oh well.

The outfit on the right by Alexander Wang is mostly how I will be dressing this summer (plus I love this yellow; so cheery). I have stocked up on a few jersey tube skirts on Asos and they are perfect for an Irish summer.

Soundtrack to an Irish summer
Slap on an oversized cardigan (layering is crucial for the Irish climate) and you're all set to get yourself a 99, a bottle of TK Red Lemonade and soak up the sun. This skirt http://www.alexanderwang.com/shop/t-by-alexander-wang-womens/new-arrivals/403904f11/cdc-ggt-long-skirt is also quite fantastic although I shall be sticking to trusty http://www.asos.com for the next while, what with the world economy collapsing and all. Reality bites my friends.
